3. Order Placement & Confirmations

Orders placed on the website (Dine-In, Takeaway, or Home Delivery) are forwarded to our restaurant dispatch team via WhatsApp or telephone confirmation. An order is deemed confirmed once our restaurant desk acknowledges receipt and estimated preparation time.

4. Delivery & Takeaway Guidelines

For Home Delivery, estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary based on weather, traffic, or peak kitchen hours. Please provide accurate delivery addresses and reachable contact numbers.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of freshly prepared food, order cancellations must be communicated to the restaurant desk immediately after order dispatch. Refunds or replacements are handled at restaurant discretion in cases of incorrect or damaged items.
